Knights Republic is committed to its charitable mission of raising funds to create memorable experiences for children with disabilities and their families. By purchasing from our store, you are directly supporting this mission. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The request for an exchange must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange.
If these conditions are met, we will process an exchange for a replacement item of the same value.
No Returns or Refunds
As a portion of each purchase is allocated directly to charitable initiatives and operational costs associated with our mission, all sales are final. Refunds for returned items cannot be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: The funds from your purchase are partially donated to charitable causes, making it impossible to reverse the transaction. You waive the right to request a return or refund for any reason.
